Also took Lynda to New York City for a week. Wow, so much to see and do. We hit three broadway plays, one off-broadway play, two reviews at The BB King Lounge and Grill and a NY Rangers vs NJ Devils Game at Madison Square Garden. Also saw all the major sites Empire State Bldg, Statue of Liberty, Times Square etc.
Great time was had by all. Now back to business.

Translation of Websites

I have learned how to have my websites translated into many different languages. I have put these flags on my websites for travel to the maldives ,the massage site, and the dating website.
I have been travelling in Oregon and California so have neglected my blogs, but I have been studying lots of adsense gurus who have imparted their wisdom through ebooks and videos and I hope to get the websites revved soon.
I have also signed up for a websearch engine called big daddy and my site can be accessed at http://www.searchbigdaddy.com/jimpartridge. This will in no way replace Google as a go to for most people, but it just offers another alternative way to drive traffic to my adsense websites with very affordable pay-per-click advertising.

Trip to NYC upcoming in Sept. so I hope to have some do re mi by then.

Two More New Sites

As promised, I have again gone to the advice of Gurus Joel Comm and Eric Holmlund to generate a couple of sites with themes near and dear to my heart. One is to do with self-employment (http://www-self-employment.com). This site offers products and programs for people who want to run their own home based businesses. It offers a different vehicle to the one at http://www.sybersearch.com where I try to help people find jobs with corporations.
The next one is about weight control. This site (http://www-weight.com) will offer south beach diet advice, other weight loss advice and will augment my site targeted to diabetes advice. It is a topic that continues to dominate many conversations I have with friends and family who like me are fighting " The Battle of the Bulge".
I truly hope you take a moment to check them out and give me any advice or feedback you feel appropriate.

How About Video Pods?

Well after much hype and my desire to be a player in the Adsense Publishing business, I purchased a package from Dr. Adsense Joel Comm. From that I have studied his advice and launched a new website on Video Pods. This I felt would be a winner as my children Jill and Andrew both have ipods and although Andrew is a quasi expert with them, Jill was in need of advice on adding her favorite songs to her ipod so I knew there was a great deal of interest in the subject, particularly amongst the younger set. The same demographic that apppeals to my dating website, new moms sites, acne site, and massage site, would likely have an interest in ipod issues and advice.
I now have a feel for adding RSS feeds that are pertinent to the various sites and will help keep them current and fresh.
Watch for more of these sites to be launched shortly.

Know anyone with Diabetes?

I have set up a new website for Diabetics as part of my Adsense Publishing group. The main reason for my interest includes the fact that many of my friends relatives and colleagues (me included) are either Diabetic or pre-diabetic. There are numerous health reports indicating that this will become somewhat of an epidemic over the next decades as the "baby boomer" generation ages.
Of course there are many resons for this, not the least of which is that we as a group tend to be heavier than we should be and do not get enough exercise as we should.
In any case, I felt that my immediate circle of friends and relatives could benefit from the information at the new site which is at http://www-diabetics.com

Another Website Launched

Oh man. I have been negiligent in my blogging activities and therefore have been doing a poor job as an adsense publisher. However, as a result of my efforts there is a new website for New Moms that I just finished. This one is all Baby related and is a tribute to the new member of the Partridge side of the family MAX. It is also in honor of a pending new member to the Baillie side that sister-in-law Karen is going to deliver to us.
We have been regaled with pictures of Max and a visit a couple of times with him and his Mom & Dad. We have also had progress reports in person from a beautifully pregnant Karen.
Max has wormed his way into our hearts with goos and ga's and I must say my Lynda is totally smitten.
I am working on another project which will feature a forum run by brother Pete on psychic phenomena and the like.
I am now going to try to set this up so people can make comments if they want. Wish me luck.

Where to begin

There is no time like the present to start applying what I've learned. I have been downloading and buying program after program and storing these on my hard drive. I need to stop reading emailed sales letters for the newest and latest make big bucks adsense publishing miracle fortune making system, and start putting the advice I've been given into action.
Having booked a trip to NYC in September, I need to start banking some serious coin to justify this trip.
I have every reason to believe I can do that with a thoughtful steady ethical routine that includes blogging, website building, content updating and traffic enhancing activities like advertising ( maybe with adwords).
In any case I must attend to my other blogs and websites so will return with more news here as it happens.

Time is Marching On

Where does the time go?
I have been reading all kinds of Adsense advice and downloading programs that pertain to this type of publishing business and have had no time to spend updating my sites with new content.
In the meantime I have made next to nothing as there has been a delay in my efforts to drive traffic to my sites. I think that will change shortly with some of the things I am doing ( I have acquired about 30 new domain names and website content for them). For the most part, I have concentrated on areas where I have some expertise or an interest for one reason or another.
I have also been reading about affiliate programs and how they might dovetail in with what I am doing.
Watch for more spectacular efforts as I need to ramp up my income since I have booked a trip to NYC with the lovely Lynda.
Hang on for the ride.

Sage Advice

This morning I had a consultant spend half an hour on the phone with me to advise me on how to better set up my webpages to accomplish my revenue goals.
Good suggestions included the use of Frontpage to overcome my lack of HTML programming skills, A subscription box so people could subscribe to a related newsletter, better Header and Footer graphics, an aweber auto responder and going to the warrior forum for ideas, and the use of pay per click services. Also adding affiliate program products to add additional revenue streams to the sites.
I am going to see if I can implement these and see if it makes a difference. If so, I will be writing a letter of endorsement and may have my blog or other website featured by a major internet marketer named Jo Han Mok.
It was also suggested that I include three days of blogs for viewing at any given time. This change, you will note, I have already implemented.
More as I learn more.

A New Mom's Website for Your Consideration

Last night I launched a new website called http://newmomssite.com . This site has a lot of timely advice for young women who have recently given birth. That would include my niece Deeana and about to include my sister-in-law Karen who will be a new Mom in July or August.
This site of course has been published with adsense ads which will offer even more great products and information for the New Mom.
I am sure my brother will have some information to add to this site. I also know my brother-in-law Wayne is watching the progress of my Adsense Publishing Career as is brother Gordy who both have shown a keen interest in how this type of business can be a profitable endeavour.
I have also secured some new domain names which include a job site and several others that have popular keyword search criteria to indicate there is a strong interest in those topics.
I will add a family website soon so return here to see how it pans out.

The Adsense Pause That Refreshes

Today was a holiday here so I have been negligent in updating my blogs and sites and consequently have suffered in the growth of income as a result.
I have however registered some more domain names and will be launching websites with adsense ads on them soon. I am trying to learn about RSS feeds and so on. Never seems to be enough time to do all I want to do.
Taking Lexi to the groomers and going to an IBM reunion this week will also impact on my time.
A great break this weekend included a debut of my brother's first grandson Max. It was a gathering of the family and as such has spurred me on to put up my New Moms website and Family website shortly.
As an adsense publisher, I feel a strong need to develop my creative writing skills and will be looking for good advice on that from Brother Pete. Stay tuned.

Coming up the ranks

I have now reached almost $70 in earnings from my websites. This means that I have started to discover some of the secrets to putting up the appropriate websites with the right color schemes and so on.
Reading all Google has to say about their program and following their advice is crucial to having sites that their advertisers will want their ads on.
Great publishers understand this and react accordingly.
I am still a newby but learning lots and will keep you readers posted on any newfound insights.
My next site project will be for New Moms so stay tuned.

Starting to pay

I have now started to see results more consistently. I am now at $41.16 and have found that my Acne website and Sybermart website are paying most, followed by my Massage website, Dating website and then the blogs with Acne, Massage and Dating Blogs in that order.
In fairness I only just launched my dating sites so they have some chance of overtaking the others.
I will be trying to rev up the ones making the most and then tweak the ones that aren't.
I guess you can say, people with zits are more interested than those without dates. It's always been that way for me. Ha ha.
More to come as I figure out what works and what does not.

More News
I have now zoomed up the scale to a breathtaking $23.08. Certainly not in the league of my ex candidate at $10K per day, but a clear indication that things are moving forward. I have had some online advice that a site about adsense is not in keeping with Google's terms, so I will have to change the focus of this blog to a more generic discussion of how I am getting more income on the internet.
There seems to be no end of advice on how to do this and each has it's merits from free advice to very expensive "done everything for you"
point and click systems. What is important is to understand what advice is useful and what is old rehashed nonsense. Some advice that is free is very useful and some expensive advice is of the latter variety.
I am somewhat naive and gullible so I have to guard against spending precious dollars on garbage. I also have to be aware of buying stuff and not reading it or following through.
In any case, back to my mission (hopefully not mission impossible).

More Adsense advice
I have just spent my week tweaking my adsense sites so the ads are less intrusive and
blend in better with the page. This enhances the rate of people clicking on them.
I have also purchased a number of programs that further detail how to best use
adsense to earn an income. One of these has a series of videos that takes a complete
beginner from step one thru to being a successful adsense publisher.
I also exchanged emails with the fellow I spoke about in my last blog, He advises
that more traffic equals more revenue. So my mission is clear.
Find something I am passionate and informed about and do up a website and then drive visitors to it.
Yep. Getting right on it.

I just listened to a podcast about a chap by the name of Markus Frind who is making $10,000 per day with Adsense. What is remarkable is that as I listened he mentioned he is from Vancouver, and it turns out he is a former candidate of my recruiting business sybersearch.com. I have made $3.07 since March with my websites acnefix.blogspot.com , newacnefacts.com and vitalmassagetherapy.com. Now admittedly they are not as compelling as Markus' website plentyoffish.com which is a free online dating site, but can I not at least make $10,000 a month, which would make me over the moon happy? Wish me luck.

Here we are another week gone by. New member of the family.. Pete ( my Bro) and Sandy's new grandson Max arrived April 26th in good health and just before I can launch my websites for new Moms and my Family one.
I have since got my newacnefacts.com site launched along with my vitalmassagetherapy.com site. Both have adsense ads on them and I have to find the best way to get traffic to them within the rules of our good friends at Google.
I am seeing that this business is more involved than I first thought, but I am convinced I can become a succesfull publisher of Adsense websites with some writing skills from the aforementioned brother Pete.
Ultimately I hope tom involve my other bro Gordy and my sister's husband Wayne(r).
I know that rss feeds are important and am learning how links from other websites linking to my site with my keywords included is a desireable thing.
I will attempt to be more conscientious about posting here as we go on.
Anyway , Welcome Max to our beautiful world and family.

Making Progress Slowly

OMG I just realized it has been almost a week since I last posted my adsense adventure. I have been reading about driving traffic to the website, search engine optimization, posting to forums and so on. Along the way I got this advice which I should take to heart...STOP WASTING TIME.
I will have to heed that advice as time is marching on and I need to start producing a decent income so that I don't have to go back on the JOB (just over broke) market.
Along the way I have since launched my acne website that dispenses advice to zit challenged teens. It is at newacnefacts.com and although may not be viewable yet, will soon be.
Well back to my reading of adsense " how to's" and things like using the correct template.

I have now done some revisions of my massage therapy site and feel that it is almost ready for prime time with Google adsense coding. I will add my final edits soon and then will launch. I have also purchased the rights to about 150 websites and will be putting them up before too long. I have been reading about RSS feeds and keyword mining to find out which areas are popular and would be candidates for a website.
I noticed one of the ads on my site says it isn't a boring blog . I will attempt to keep this one interesting, but it will only be of interest to those who want to watch my evolution to a strong income earning adsense blogger.
Funny, how the word blog has surfaced in recent times to describe a daily diary of ones activities. Who comes up with these things?
Anyway, back to my adsense adventure.

Well so far today I have learned what I had to in order to get my SyberMart website up, including a logo/header and an introductory page. Once I figure out how to apply a template for adsense and flesh out the offerings with links to affiliate programs, I will apply my adsense codes and wait for the clicks to begin.
Later I will work on my vitalmassagetherapy website as that is almost ready for adsense codes and thus the prospect of eager surfers who may click on the ads. As we have a number of enthusiastic massage individuals in this house, I am sure it is an area and business that will make for a more healthy and rewarding lifestyle and others will soon discover it's benefits. My website will give advice on various types of Massage Therapy. As soon as it is ready I will add a link to this blog. I have been making some progress in getting my Syber Mart site up and running. This will allow me I hope, to offer some of the many ebooks I have purchased the rights for. Some are in niche markets that I felt would be very active. Others are in areas in which I have a keen interest. In any case I am very focussed now on developing my adsense sites and am determined to have them all working for me soon. I will be relating my progress as I go forward.
Up til now, I have set up this blog, set up a website, acquired a Google Adsense account, bought ebooks, signed up for affiliate programs, and have been learning as much as I can about making this an income generating proposition.
I will keep you posted on further developments.

Yikes, It looks like I am going to be republishing all those great posts re Adsense, Google internet business initiatives and so on that I wrote about. I found to my chagrin that I cannot switch this over to my Syber Mart website and then try to get back as it doesn't work that way. If I can retrieve my previous posts somehow, I will re-publish them. If not, I will forge ahead and relate my ongoing adventure in making an income online in the comfort of my home without rude bosses (except my Wife who I hasten to add is not rude) telling me what to do.
